Finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 7 was no different, with the birth of little Penelope Scotland witnessed by the entire clan.

Sisters Kim and Khloe, brother Rob, younger half siblings Kendall and Kylie, mother Kris Jenner and long-term boyfriend Scott Disick were all inside the delivery room to see Kourtney pull the little girl out with her hands.

  

The reality stars looked back to their  best as they arrived for a day of filming at the family's Dash Store in Miami today.
